Request Export & Portal Extension
In the request page Apps area you see the Export module and Ticket Details module.
Ticket Details
You can see your ticket details if the fields data shared with you by project admin. This module supports customfield types and system fields selects, user pickers, issue links etc.
Export Module
You can export your ticket details like:
Summary
Priority
Assignee
Reporter
Create Date
Due Date
Last Update Date
Resolve Date
Resolution
This options are static. You can select your fields and clicking the Export button, you can get your excel export.
