View Report

Portal Reports

When you login the customer portal you can see View Report and Ticket Export under the search area. When you click View Report, reporting screen will be open.

Reports Screen

In the reports screen you can see two main section Personal Report and Organization Report.

Personal reports screen divided to Statistics for User, Charts and Created vs. Resolved Chart sections.

Statistics for User

In this section you find statistics about your tickets like:

  1. Total Issue Count Created by You: Its show all time created ticket count by you or created for your user

  2. Last Month Created Issues: Its show previously month created issue count.

  3. Last Month Resolved Issues: Its show previously month resolved issue count.

  4. Current Month Created Issues: Its show current month created issue count.

  5. Current Month Resolved Issues: Its show current month resolved issue count.

 

Charts

In this section you can create your own chart as a Pie or Bar chart with pre-descript data types metrics via clicking Add Charts button.

 

Adding Charts

 

You can select Pie Chart or Bar Chart to add your personal reports.

 

You can select data type as Assignee, Request Type, Priority, Resolution, Status

Exporting Chart

 

When you create a chart you can export the chart, by click image-20240911-101608.png button on the chart.

Possible export options and export type listed below. You export your chart three type as an image, data it is not visual its exports chart data's or directly you can print your chart.

  • PNG Image

  • JPG Image

  • PDF Image

  • JSON Data

  • CSV Data

  • XLSX Data

  • PDF Data

  • HTML Data

  • Print

Created vs. Resolved Chart

At the bottom of the reports screen you can see your Created vs. Resolved Chart permanently, you can export this chart and change the scope of chart by sliding the slider bar located top the chart.

You can reset the scope change of chart by clicking image-20240911-103048.png button on the chart.

 

 

 

Organization Report

To create your Organization Report you must select at least one organization from the select list. organization select list supporting multiple chooses.

Statistics for Organization/s

In this section you find statistics about your organization where you are member of:

  1. Total Issue Count of Organization/s: Its show all time created ticket count in your Organization/s

  2. Last Month Created Issues: Its show previously month created issue count in your Organization/s.

  3. Last Month Resolved Issues: Its show previously month resolved issue count in your Organization/s.

  4. Current Month Created Issues: Its show current month created issue count in your Organization/s.

  5. Current Month Resolved Issues: Its show current month resolved issue count in your Organization/s.

 

İf multiple organization selected Bar charts will divided to organizations and Pie chart will be show cumulative result.
