Ticket Export
When you login the customer portal you can see Ticket Export and View Report under the search area. When you click Ticket Export, exporting screen will be open.
Exporting Screen has three main sections. These sections are Recently Updated, Organization, Project.
Recently Updated
In this section you can see your latest updated 15 ticket in timeline from newest to oldest with details.
View Ticket Details
By clicking the ticket header you can see your ticket
Create Date
Status
Status Change Date,
Request Type
Description
for other details You can just click the ticket link from the card title.
Organization
To export your organization ticket you need to select at least one organization. Organization selection is supporting multi select.
Organization export table field options are static so you cant define any custom field or system field.
Ones you select the your organization you can see your ticket at the table and activated Export button upper right side of screen. Organization export table has own markup via default system field Due Date, if Due Date field is not empty and Resolved Date before the Due Date that row is painted green. If Resolved Date after the Due Date that row painted red.
You can download your table as excel via Export.
Project
To export your specific project tickets you need to select the project. Project selection is supporting only single select. then you need to select option for ticket scope.
Scope Options
Created By Me: Its fill the table with created tickets by you or behalf of you
Shared with My Organizations: If your user has multiple organization membership in a one project Its fill the table with your organization tickets where you are member.
Single Organization: If your user has multiple organization membership in a one project Its fill the table with only selected organization.
Ones you select your project and option you can see your tickets in the table. Table columns are draggable so you can sort your table columns as you desired.
In the project export, to export your tickets in a project first of all your project admin or someone who has the project admin permission must set the project export table field options from project settings via CRPE Settings.
You can download your table as excel via Export. If you change your columns order, excel will be exported as ordered.
