To access the Agile Reports app in Jira, click the project in your software projects for which you want to create a agile reports, then select the “Agile Reports: Sprint Capacity Planning & Tracking ” tab in the project menu.
As a user, to create a report, you first need to select the Scrum board in your project from which you want to generate the report.
After selecting the board, you can choose the sprint within that board that you wish to use for creating your report.
When you select a board, the Board Info button will also appear on your screen. By clicking this button, you can access the details your board admins have prepared about your board.
Additionally, you can go to the plugin's Report Page by clicking the go to report page button on this page.

Once the sprint selection is complete, the Templates area will become active. Templates can only be created for the board chosen by your board admins and are visible to everyone. You can review Managing Templates page for information on creating and managing templates.
When a template is selected, its components will load onto the main page.
The charts will open in editable mode with their default settings; this configuration was designed so that all users can fully benefit from the templates.
After selecting a template and loading its components, you can use the Add Component button to add components and customize the template; however, this customization is not permanent. You can review Components page for detailed information for components.
When the page is refreshed or the template is changed, any added components will be removed.
You can export your edited template as a PDF using the export feature.
Exporting
The export feature is currently supported only for PDF.
Subject to Atlassian’s platform updates, a file-list export option to Confluence will also be enabled.
