Components

The Agile Reports app includes 13 components:

  • Board Users: Displays the user list defined by the board admin in the Board Info section.

  • Velocity Chart: Generates a velocity report for the selected sprint, showing effort trends across resolved and unresolved issues. Three separate lines represent total effort. Estimation can be shown in Original Estimate or Story Points, and completion criteria can be toggled between Status and Resolution. Supports export as PNG and CSV.

  • Conqueror Card: Calculates a score based on metrics like issue count, effort, estimation, and resolution within the selected sprint to highlight the most active contributors. Estimation can be switched between Story Points and Original Estimate. Also displays the Top 3 users in the sprint.

  • Sprint Statistics: Shows total issues, resolved issues, estimations, and time spent in the sprint. Includes distributions by Status, Priority, and Issue Type. Estimations can be displayed in Story Points or Original Estimate.

  • Pie Distribution Chart: Visualizes the distribution of sprint issues based on attributes like Assignee, Fix Version, Status, Priority, Issue Type, Label, and Component. Supports CSV and PNG export.

  • Effort Distribution Chart: Displays actual and estimated effort across sprint issues, broken down by metrics such as Assignee, Fix Version, Status, Priority, Issue Type, Label, and Component. Estimation type is selectable. Supports PNG and CSV export.

  • Next Sprint Highlights Card: Lists the top 5 issues from the following sprint based on the highest Story Points or Original Estimate values.

  • Current Sprint Highlights Card: Lists the top 5 issues from the selected sprint based on the highest Story Points or Original Estimate values.

  • Added Later to Issue List: Displays issues that were added to the sprint after its start. Offers both card and list views.

  • Project-Wise Sprint Statistics: Shows total issues, resolved issues, estimations, and time spent in the selected sprint, grouped by project. Includes breakdowns by Status, Priority, and Issue Type. Estimation can be toggled between Story Points and Original Estimate.

  • All User Statistics: Shows total issues, resolved issues, estimations, and time spent in the sprint by user. Estimations can be displayed in Story Points or Original Estimate.

  • Current Sprint Epic Overview: It displays the epics within the current sprint and any epics to which the issues within the sprint are linked. It displays the Assignee, Priority, Description, and the number of issues linked to the epic within the sprint. Clicking on Issues within a sprint displays the related issues. If an epic is not directly included in the sprint but its issues are within the sprint, the epic is marked with the Linked tag.

  • Next Sprint Epic Overview: It displays the epics within the current sprint and any epics to which the issues within the sprint are linked. It displays the Assignee, Priority, Description, and the number of issues linked to the epic within the sprint. Clicking on Issues within a sprint displays the related issues.
