Action Buttons

These are the buttons located at the top of the application page. With these buttons, you can Create and Quickly Delegate. With Quick Delegation, you can perform instant assignment processes on a project or issue basis.

Create Delegation

When clicked, it opens the Create Delegation form. The form allows you to enter a delegation by filling in the fields on the form."

Form Fields:

Start Date: This field specifies the date when your requests will begin to be delegated to the proxy user. The format for manual entries is Month/Day/Year.

End Date: This field specifies the date when your requests will cease to be delegated to the proxy user. The format for manual entries is Month/Day/Year.

Delegated To: Specifies to whom your requests will be delegated between the start and end dates you have entered.

Project:In this field, the tasks within the selected project will be delegated to the your Delegate Mate between the specified start and end dates.

Delegation Type: You can specify a type for the power of attorney you are entering. There are default options for 4 types of delegation. With the 'Other' option, you can provide your own description, different from the fixed three options.

Quick Delegation

By clicking the Quick Delegation button, you can delegate your current tasks or specific tasks within a project to the user specified in the 'Delegated To' field without specifying a time frame.

  • The 'Delegated To' and 'Issue/Project Selection' fields are mandatory.

  • Depending on the selection in the 'Issue/Project Select' field, you can delegate your open tasks or select open requests within a chosen project to the your Delegate Mate.

Active Delegations

In the Active Delegations section, you can view the delegation details you have entered and perform deletion and update operations. You can make a maximum of 3 delegation entries. If the date of a delegation you have entered has passed, it is removed from theActive Delegations section. Automatically, the removal date is recorded in the Delegation History section.

Update

When you first click the 'Delete ' button, a form titled ' Delete Verification' opens to confirm the details of the delegation you want to delete. After confirming the information, the deletion process is carried out with the 'Delete' button. The deleted delegation is then recorded in the 'Delegation History' section.

When you click the ‘Update ' button, 'Update Delegation’ form opens. In this form, you can update the information of the selected delegation.

My Open Issues

In the 'My Open Issues' section, you can view the tasks that have been assigned to you in the current environment and have not been resolved.

Delegations To Me

In the 'Delegations To Me' section, there are two menus. In the 'Who Delegate To Me' menu, you can view the delegation details of users who have appointed you as their Delegate Mate. In the 'Delegated Issues' menu, you can see the tasks assigned to you by individuals who have granted you delegation.

Delegation History

In the 'Delegation History' section, you can view the delegation details that have been automatically deleted either by you or by the system due to expiration.
