You need to add on your project field configuration Delegated By and Delegated To fields which created by DelegateMate app. If you dont add this fields on your project app cannot work as expected! |

In the existing Jira environment, users with admin privileges can access the admin panel of the DelegateMate Application within the Application menu. |
User Details
With the 'User Details' menu, the admin accessing the DelegateMate admin page can view details about their own delegations, including the number and actions they can take related to the delegation.
All Delegations
Within the 'All Delegations' menutable, you can view all user delegations granted within the application , enter a delegation for another user, and and if you searched user via located in top of admin page user searcher you can view the delegations for a specific user.
In the admin page menu you can see three section for actions;
Delegate a Mate: You can delegation for user.
Delegation History: You see all users delegation history. If you search a user via located in top of admin page user searcher you see only searched user history.
Statistics: Statistics shows some arranged graphics about user delegations and historied details.
User Search
With user search, you can select the user for whom you want to view delegations from among the users in the system and display the user's active delegations. If you want to see user history you only need to search user and click ‘Delegation History’ then you see only selected user history.

Delegate a Mate
By clicking the '
Delegate a Mate' button, you can enter a delegation for any user within the system using the form that opens. The entered delegation can be viewed by both admins and users.

Statistics
In the statistics you can see number of;
Currenly Active Delegations: İt show how many delegation is active now.
Most Delegated Project of Works: Your user favorit project for has most delegated work.
All Time Delegation Count: Until now how many Delegation created.
As a Chart;
Pie Chart of Delegation Type: It’s shows you have which type delegations with count.
Pie Chart of Active Delegations: It’s shows user based counts of active delegations.
All Time Delegation Type: It’s shows you have which type delegations with count until now in the all users delegation history.
All Time Delegations per User: It’s shows user based counts of all users delegation history.
